Kingdoms of Wyrmwood is not affiliated with or supported by Mojang, Minecraft or Microsoft; do not contact Mojang for issues relating to purchases.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, even if you're banned, jailed or muted for breaking server rules. Ensure that you have the permission of the cardholder before making a purchase.  Attempting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute will result in permanent and irreversible banishment.

It may take up to 15 minutes for your purchase to be credited in-game. If you are still not credited, please open a support ticket on our Discord with proof of purchase and we will look into your issue.  You can also contact us directly at florence.isg24@gmail.com with any store issues
